What caught your attention first on this site?
When do users arrive on farmboy.ca, the first thing that comes to his eyes is a baneer. This is how it should be for most of e-commerce website, even if this one is a website to introduce the fresh products of this store chain. However, the visuals on the landing page are made to communicate on the saving money aspect, and every day new availabilities.
What feature, section, or aspect of the site convinced you the most?
Farmboy.ca is different than other online grocery stores. On this one you can't buy grocery products online, but you can find the nearest Farmboy store. You can also download Flyers which seem to be published weekly. This flyer shows the new products, even the meals ready to consume. The fact that the Management prefers the customers to come in physical stores, is actually a convincing argument for me.
What would you say to someone who’s hesitant to visit this website?
I would say I would recommend to someone hesitating to visit farmboy.ca, to subscribe to the newsletters. This way they will receive weekly new products and they will be able to compare fresh products prices at farmboy.ca with major supermarket brands. There is also a gift card option that allows offering food as a donation or as a present.
