This web site is dedicated to connect experts all around the world with projects requiring high skills in engineering and Technology. The service is called Airswift and it also offers a payroll solution. However, the main purpose of the website is to hire talents 3 times faster than the candidates would need to find a job by themselves.

What caught your attention first on this site?

My attention was caught by the upper baneer which contains 2 ctas : one CTA is to find a job and one CTA is to look for talents. The baneer expresses the fact that airswift.com can find the right person for complex projects that requires technicity. In my opinion, this is exactly what the upper baneer shows. Then by scrolling a little bit down, the attention is caught by some visuals that indicates more than 60 International offices for Airswift, and more than 9,000 contractors found every year.

Is this site enjoyable to use or read? What contributes to that experience?

The website is enjoyable to read because it can download quickly and the user will find all CTAs he needs for what he's looking for. However, I noticed that when I click on the CTA "Hire talents" on the upper baneer, I am scroll down to a short explanation and I need to press another button to talk to a specialist. This part would require a direct contact with an operator in the chatbot.

If you could suggest one improvement or evolution for this site, what would it be?

I would first suggest to go for a more modern design in a SAAS Style. I would improve the CTA buttons that are supposed to help hiring Talent. In my opinion, a click on this CTA has to directly bring the user to the process of finding someone quickly. There is definitely a need to find a better color scope for this website. Then nowadays it's easy to implement a chatbot that can use AI to answer the visitors' requests.
