Submitting your website to the ListAndFuse directory is currently free during our launch period. The whole process takes 5 to 10 minutes, including content creation. No need to pre-order SEO-optimized copy from a writer — content is generated by the writer directly through our submission form.
This form includes structured questions, which you can answer using voice dictation, AI (artificial intelligence), or by simply typing on your keyboard.
Submitting Your Site Using Voice Dictation
The microphones and dictation tools on mobile devices and laptops has greatly helped web content creation. Our website submission form is designed to be mobile-friendly and compatible with voice input.
Just access the site through your mobile device and go directly to the submission page. Then select the country from which your website’s audience primarily comes.

Once there, accept the terms of use and open the form. Please note: the questions are randomized — they won’t appear in the same order every time, and not all will be displayed at once.

Read the questions carefully, browse the site you’re submitting to craft accurate answers, and follow the steps until you click “Create Draft.”
Then go to “My Articles,” click “Preview,” and reread your draft.
If you’re happy with it, go ahead and publish it. If not, simply delete it and start again.
Note: We do not allow post-editing after submission to maintain unique content and prevent duplication.

Submitting a Site Using Artificial Intelligence
The ListAndFuse.com submission system is built to encourage the creation of unique content.
However, it’s perfectly possible — and even efficient — to use AI tools to help generate original descriptions. Here’s a quick and effective method we’ve developed internally.
In this example, we use ChatGPT 4.0, though most AI tools will do the job.
First, create a custom GPT assistant under your account. Name it something like “My Web Listing Assistant.”

You can then give it instructions, for example this (feel free to copy/paste and adapt):
You will help me write website descriptions for the directory ListAndFuse.com. I will give you the questions, then I will provide key points for the answers — your job is to turn them into clear, well-structured descriptions. Use a tone that reflects someone sharing good insights with the public, but don’t sound overly enthusiastic. Your descriptions should highlight the seriousness of your approach. You may be asked to write answers in French or English. Each response must be at least 330 characters and no more than 500 characters in length. Each time I provide you with a question from the ListAndFuse website directory form, generate a unique paragraph based on my response and intent. Write as if you’re explaining the site to a potential business partner or SEO buyer.
Each time the form asks a question (e.g., “Which page do you like best on the site and why?”), visit the site, find the page you truly prefer, and provide your reasoning — e.g., “I prefer the About Us page because it clearly outlines the team’s background and expertise.”
Paste both the question and your notes into your GPT assistant. It will generate a paragraph ready for submission.
You can then decide whether to copy and paste directly or to adjust the output. Always ask yourself: “If I were a reader, would I want to read this paragraph and continue on?”
Submitting a Website by Typing
Half of the people reading this are probably thinking, “I type faster than I talk.” The other half might be wondering, “When’s the last time I even typed a full paragraph?”
Truth is, there’s no one right way to submit a site. Choose whatever method best helps you express your ideas and your logic clearly.
Tags and Categories Matter
Listing your site is great — but if nobody reads your listing, its SEO value is limited.
Our goal is for relevant visitors to find your listing, visit your website, and contact you.
For that to happen, your listing must show up in search results. Google rewards content that drives interaction.
- Scrolling through the page
- Spending time reading
- Clicking internal and external links
- Exploring the directory further
To encourage this behavior, we’ve implemented categories and tags.
You must choose a relevant sub-category, and you can add a tag as well.
Tags reflect visitor intent, like:
- Looking for websites for sale
- Searching for backlink exchanges
A well-written site description matched with the right sub-category and tag is more likely to attract quality traffic — and improve your visibility.
Can You Delegate This Task to Content Writers?
If you run an SEO agency and manage multiple sites, yes — you can delegate the listing process to your content team.
At the end of the form, the listing will be saved as a draft, not published immediately. It only goes live when you click “Publish.”
So feel free to assign this to your team. They can use voice, AI, or typing, just as described above.
And of course, it’s perfectly reasonable to bill this task to your clients. Writing a high-quality site description requires referencing the live site and using proper keywords and phrasing. That’s what SEO-trained copywriters are for.
This is a valuable skill, and clients will benefit from the visibility it brings.
One Last Thing: Your Profile Gains Visibility Too
Every time you publish a listing, your public profile becomes more visible.
Our form requires you to enter a 50-word pitch, a meta title, and a meta description.
The more listings you publish under your profile, the more discoverable you become in search engines — which is the ultimate goal: to get noticed by potential clients.
