How to Showcase Your Guest Blog Network

Guest blogging is incredibly useful: advertisers can publish articles to promote their business. The more they publish—and the better the blogs they choose—the more visibility, authority, and even expertise they gain.

You already have a Private guest Blog Network (PBN) but struggle to attract advertisers? No problem, we have the solution. Our platform lets you post manual reviews of each guest blog in your network for free, in under 5 minutes.

But most importantly: you’ll build a professional profile where advertisers can contact you, and here’s how it works.

Why Promote Your Private Guest Blog Network on ListAndFuse?

ListAndFuse is a site review platform designed to streamline traffic between PBN guest network owners and advertisers looking for backlinksand traffic to boost their business.

Below is a screenshot that shows how you can link your ListAndFuse profile to your professional profiles everywhere on the web.

And it works—links from your author profile are recognized by Google as backlinks.

Backlinks on Search Console
Inbound links from ListAndFuse appear as Backlinks on Search Console.

But that’s not all, we’re actively working to generate traffic to author profiles so you can be contacted directly by advertisers. And for this, you need to choose the correct sub-directory.

Choose the Right Country Directory

If you’re reviewing websites that mainly get traffic from Scotland, then you need to create your profile in the Scotland directory on ListAndFuse.

You’re absolutely allowed to create multiple profiles in different directories. For example, you can have one in the USA directory (in English) and another in the Belgium directory (in French). If your service is bilingual, you can even post reviews in both languages, French and English.

What matters is that each profile is fully completed, with a unique biography, meta TITLE, and meta DESCRIPTION. Ultimately, the quality of your content will determine how well you benefit from the power of backlinks pointing to your business.

Open Your Free Author Account

Signing up is free. Just click on “My Account” in the top menu or “Log in or Register” on the submission page. You’ll land on the familiar WordPress login screen (we’ve added a captcha to block spam).

Enter your email and a username (you can change both later). Then, check your inbox for the password setup link.

Once you’re logged in, you’ll land on your profile page—this is where the magic starts. Don’t just fill it out—make it truly useful for potential clients.

When an advertiser is browsing guest blogs, they have plenty of options. Your professional profile needs to stand out and build trust. Fill it out for them, not just for Google.

We’ve got Google covered—your guest blog network profile should include:

  • A biography of at least 50 words
  • A contact field in addition to your website link
  • A meta title and meta description

These contact links allow potential clients to contact you

Your bio should present your services and experience. Be clear and concise—this is the first thing visitors will read on your profile.

Below the bio, you can add links to your websites and social media. Add as many as you can! The more Google can crawl your socials, the more authority and expertise it can assign to you.

No website? No worries. Just link to your freelancer profile on any freelancing platform.

As for the meta title and description—these are for search results. Your SEO title should match a common search term used by your ideal clients. The SEO description should add more context—it’s often what appears in search listings.

Important : fill the meta Title and Desc to increase your chances of being detected by search engines.

Now that your profile is complete, this is where advertisers will find and contact you—via your contact links. So make sure your link leads to a solid landing page.

Add Your Guest Blog Network

Each time you submit a site review, it shows up on your author page. If you don’t publish any reviews, your author page won’t be indexed by search engines (this is a Yoast setting).

Yoats settings prevent authors’ pages from being indexed by search engines if it has no posts.

Head to the submission page, choose the right country, and click the button to open the form. The form includes random questions to prevent copy-pasting and duplicate content.

Take your time filling it out. We prioritize quality—your writing quality is what will build your author profile’s authority and expertise.

The form is designed so even someone unfamiliar with the site can describe it. You can use AI tools, your computer’s dictation feature, or simply type manually. Here are 3 ways to submit a website review on ListAndFuse.

Toward the end of the form, you’ll select a tag: “Open to backlinks” or “For sale.” In your case, choose “Open to backlinks.” This helps advertisers find your reviews and profile via our custom search filters.

Tag your guest blog “Open For Backlinks”

Review your content one last time, publish when you’re happy with it, then go back to your author profile—you’ll see a preview of the article right there.

Repeat this for each of your guest blogs. In your review, feel free to highlight that this blog allows contributors to post articles to boost visibility.

How Long Before a Freelancer Gains Visibility?

It usually takes Google between 3 to 21 days to index your author page and the reviews you’ve submitted for your guest blog network.

To speed things up—and make the most of this new visibility—share your author profile on other platforms you use to promote yourself. Think social media, freelancer platforms, etc. The reviews you’ve written will showcase your content quality to potential clients.

You can even present your ListAndFuse author page as your professional portfolio.
