Harrisfarm.Co.Au seems to be targeting the Australian households who are shopping online for their food and groceries. The design is very dynamic with promotions and automatic baneer that are really appealing to consumers. This website was definitely designed by e-commerce specialist, with a comprehensive online ordering and memberships process.
What does this website offer that others don’t?
HarrisFarm.com.au is an online and physical grocery store like many others, in terms of offer. Their offer includes lots of products of all kinds like their competitors, but their design is more dynamic and more family appealing. The colors are bright and they offer bundles or packages for different occasions. Another thing that distinguishes Harrisfarm.Com.Au from others, is their value boxes.
Is this site enjoyable to use or read? What contributes to that experience?
Yes this website is very enjoyable to read, as any e-commerce should be. It downloads fast and allows visitors to browse products right from the homepage. I clicked on the seafood page and found a product search filter by allergies, lifestyle and categories. There is a large seafood offer that the viewers can add to his cart in a single click.
If you could suggest one improvement or evolution for this site, what would it be?
I have to say this is one of the best e-commerce website I came across with. Perhaps it would be interesting to insert a CATA for the newsletter in the content. Right now the newsletter signing is accessible from the footer and not very obvious to the visitor. There is a very promising page with value boxes, but only two dozens of products. The concept is good and it would deserve more offers.
